I have always had a crush on Anderson Cooper, and for good reason!!! ~ Nicholas Feidt ethics. Fuck yeah, Anderson Cooper. That’s why he’s the best goddamn journalist in America. He actually acts instead of just standing there trying to capture carnage and footage.I remember my World Issues teacher discussing AC in class, and how during Hurricane Katrina when he was reporting on the damage he started crying on-air. However the people running the show took him off the air briefly and told him to stop showing emotion on-air. When he came back on he told everyone that he was told not to cry or show emotion on-air. I really wish I remembered more about the situation.(Not as amazing as what he is doing above, of course, but he fucking gives a shit about what he does.)My hero.I think Anderson Cooper is truly one of the best examples of not only what it is to be a good American, but also just being a compassionate good human being.
